General Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Ticket Policy & Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including personal inability to attend.
Rescheduling: The match date and kick-off time are subject to change due to weather, broadcasting, or league requirements. If the match is rescheduled, this ticket remains valid for the new date/time. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled matches.
2. Assumption of Risk
Spectator Safety: Rugby is a contact sport. By entering the venue, you acknowledge and accept the risk of injury from flying balls or players entering the spectator area. Please remain alert at all times.
Liability: The venue and organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
3. Code of Conduct
Behavior: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward players, officials, or other fans.
Pitch Invasion: Entering the field of play at any time is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ejection and potential prosecution.
4. Right of Admission
Search Policy: Management reserves the right to search bags and persons upon entry. Prohibited items (weapons, outside alcohol, flares, etc.) will be confiscated.
Refusal of Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who violates these terms or appears intoxicated.
5. Media & Recording
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the match broadcast or promotional material.
